Islamic Republic Newspaper‘s Strange Request

TEHRAN (Asremrooz) : these days, we hear strange statement by president-elect’ representative or his supporters during presidential election.
According this report, it is surprising that recently 10th stated has been faced by some illegal or immoral reactions (it is necessary to point that we are not going to support 10th states).
In this case, the government is going to transfer an international fair’s land to IRIB faced by Islamic Republic Newspaper and Mr. Turkan’s critique.
This newspaper in an article published on 1392/4/22 has appealed this action a called it a novelty for state-elect.
It is written in an illegal text “the state that only 20 day has been left of his age must transfer the ministries to the new one, report their functions, and transfer necessary information. Even an action is necessary to be done it is better to aware the president- elect and respect the ideas of those who well be the president in the near future.
It is not clear where is written this law. Every sates can have ratification even at the final days and it is not illegal. Where is written that state must transfer the ministries and report their function.
Transferring international fair to IRIB has been faced by some critique by particular media and president-elect representative that is against their slogans.
